We’re excited to introduce #MySMAFlex, a new program built around a simple idea: the more that individuals living with SMA share their stories, and their triumphs, the stronger our SMA community becomes. It’s a unique opportunity for individuals to share the personal ‘flexes’ that help them take on the challenges of daily life with SMA.
Your flex might be the way you cook a meal, move around the house, or adapt your schedule to get more done. It might be a hobby you love, or a sport you’ve made your own, or even a hack that helps you conserve energy and make it through your day. Big or small, these are real-life wins that help build independence and momentum.
